Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Discord requirements

You must be permitted to use Discord and must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Discord's Community Guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Bridge complies with applicable law and the rules of each Discord server in which Bridge is used.

2. Server authorization and administrator responsibility

Bridge allows server owners and authorized administrators to configure role synchronization, verification, plugins, network relationships, and other server actions. You may only configure or manage a Discord server when you are authorized to do so. Server owners are responsible for the roles, permissions, rules, verification requirements, messages, and network relationships they configure through Bridge.

3. Role synchronization and safety

Bridge attempts to apply configured role changes accurately, but Discord permissions, role hierarchy, deleted roles/channels, API outages, configuration errors, or third-party service failures can prevent or delay changes. Bridge includes safety controls such as Administrator-role restrictions, but those controls do not replace responsible server administration or review of your configuration.

4. Network features

Features such as Network Verification, Staff Federation, Partner Network, Cross-Server Restriction, and Emergency Lockdown may operate across multiple Discord servers that intentionally share a Bridge Network ID. By joining or configuring such a network, you authorize Bridge to use the information and perform the actions reasonably necessary for the enabled network features. High-impact actions may be restricted to the actual Discord server owner.

5. Verification and external integrations

Server administrators determine which verification requirements and integrations are enabled. Bridge may use Discord account/server information, rules acknowledgement, Cloudflare Turnstile, optional Steam or other supported external-provider qualifications, native Discord Server Booster state, staff review, signed provider webhooks, or other configured requirements. Supported integrations may include Twitch, YouTube, Patreon, Roblox, GitHub, Kick, Tebex, TikTok, and Top.gg. Verification is an administrative access tool and is not an identity, background, age, or legal-status guarantee.

6. Plans and billing

Some features or higher limits may require Bridge Plus, Pro, or Network. Prices and included features are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods. Payments and subscription management are processed through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by law, subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins. You can manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the Bridge billing portal; cancellation generally takes effect according to the billing status shown by Stripe.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Bridge to violate law, Discord rules, another person's rights, or another server's security. You may not attempt to bypass Bridge authorization, exploit the Service, access servers or data you are not authorized to manage, interfere with Bridge infrastructure, distribute malicious code through Bridge-managed content, abuse verification/network features, or use Bridge to facilitate harassment, fraud, or unauthorized access.

8. Availability and changes

Bridge may be updated, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent retention of configuration, or compatibility with every future Discord or third-party API change. Maintenance, outages, rate limits, and third-party failures may temporarily affect the Service.

9. Your content and configuration

You retain responsibility for text, images, embeds, rules, role mappings, and other material you configure through Bridge. You grant Bridge permission to store, process, reproduce, and transmit that material only as reasonably necessary to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to use material you submit.

10. Intellectual property

Bridge's software, branding, website design, documentation, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Bridge or grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse Bridge branding except where applicable law expressly permits it.

11. Suspension and termination

Bridge access may be restricted or terminated for abuse, security risks, nonpayment, violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens the Service or its users. You may stop using Bridge at any time and may remove the bot from servers you control, subject to any billing obligations already incurred.

12. Disclaimer

Bridge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Bridge is an administrative automation tool; you remain responsible for reviewing important role, moderation, verification, billing, and network decisions.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridge and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost access, role/configuration errors, Discord enforcement actions, third-party outages, or unauthorized actions caused by credentials or permissions outside Bridge's reasonable control. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Privacy

Your use of Bridge is also subject to the Bridge Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Bridge evolves. The updated Terms will show a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Bridge after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the Bridge Support server.
