Privacy Policy

1. Information Bridge may process

Depending on the features you use, Bridge may process:

2. How Bridge uses information

Bridge uses information to provide role synchronization and qualification, authenticate dashboard users, enforce server permissions, operate Network Verification and plugins, process paid-plan entitlements, maintain audit/security records, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

3. Discord servers and network features

Bridge is designed so that unrelated Discord communities are not exposed to one another through normal dashboard discovery. When server owners or authorized administrators intentionally join a shared Bridge Network ID, information necessary for enabled network features may be used across participating servers. For example, Network Verification may recognize an existing verification within the same configured network, and Staff Federation may synchronize configured staff mappings.

4. Third-party services

Bridge relies on third parties that may process information under their own terms and privacy policies:

5. Cookies and sessions

Bridge may use necessary session cookies or similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember interface preferences such as language/theme, protect OAuth flows, and provide dashboard functionality. Bridge does not use these technologies to sell advertising profiles.

6. Data sharing

Bridge does not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be shared with the service providers described above when necessary to operate Bridge, with participating Discord servers when you or a server administrator intentionally use a shared network feature, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect Bridge, its users, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

7. Data retention

Bridge retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security/audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Server owners and authorized administrators can remove many Bridge configurations through the dashboard or Discord controls. Some operational records or backups may remain for a limited period after deletion.

8. Security

Bridge uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect stored information, including permission checks, role-safety restrictions, server-side authorization, and protected service credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices

You may stop using Bridge, disconnect optional linked services, leave participating networks where permitted, or ask a server administrator to remove Bridge-managed configuration relating to that server. For requests concerning data controlled directly by Bridge, contact Bridge Support. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.

10. Children

Bridge is not directed to children under 13. Users must also satisfy Discord's age requirements and any higher minimum age required in their country or region.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Bridge changes. Material updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and may also be announced through Bridge or its support community.

12. Contact

Questions or privacy requests can be submitted through the Bridge Support server.
